Overview
Polyurethane resins for casting have excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and cold temperature resistance. They are suitable for manufacturing a variety of products in small lots and large-scale construction that it is difficult to produce by injection molding.
There are a variety of uses including large-scale rolls, solid tires, belts and machine parts. Mitsui Chemicals develops polyurethane prepolymer corresponding to the various usages and meets our customers’ special orders.
Characteristics and applications.

(1)Easy manufacturing and process
(2)The equipment and the moldings are not expensive.
(3)Both the machine and the hand processing are possible.
(4)Advantageous for a large-scale product and the lining
(5)Good compression set resistance
